Ingredients

  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupbutter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 2eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cupunsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • 2 cupsKellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
  • 2 cupsrolled oats
  • 1 cupflaked coconut
  • 1 cupgolden raisins

Directions

1. Stir together flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. 2. In large mixing bowl beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until well combined. Add eggs, applesauce and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal, rolled oats, coconut and raisins. Drop by round teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets. 3. Bake at 350°F about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container. Yield: 3 dozen (36) cookies
