Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cupssugar
  • 1/3 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1 tablespoonlight corn syrup
  • 1/3 cupcreamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • 4 cupsKellogg’s® Frosted Mini-Wheats® Bite Size cereal (slightly crushed to 3 cups)

Directions

1. Line baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside. 2. In heavy saucepan stir together sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in milk. Add butter and corn syrup. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until melted. Stir in KELLOGG’S FROSTED MINI-WHEATS Bite Size cereal. 3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan. Cool about 1 hour or until firm.
