Kellogg's Special K Plus High Protein Zero Added Sugar Cereal

The strawberry flavor is pleasantly natural, neither overly sweet nor artificial. I loved the texture: not too hard, and it stays crisp without getting soggy while you eat. Tasted super fresh and crunchy right out the box. I was very impressed with the 18g of protein and zero sugar added. Most protein cereals have that distinct “protein taste,” but this one doesn’t! You’d never guess it packs such a powerful punch unless you read the box. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to cut back on sugar while boosting protein intake. At only 170 calories per serving, it’s a much better way to start the morning than a typical protein shake—plus, it actually tastes like breakfast.

This cereal packs a decent protein punch if you’re looking for some sweet crunchy cereal without the temptation of regular sugary cereal. Often I just used a chilled protein shake as the “milk” which adds even more protein. Or just eat it dry and a treat. The things I don’t like is it’s got a sticky touch to it, and almost a damp feeling but it’s not wet. And the aftertaste is bitter and chemical tasting tho thiese are pretty clean and natural ingredients so I’m not sure what’s causing the aftertaste. All in all, a bit pricey for the amount you get and I wasn’t a major fan of the aftertaste or flavor. I probably wouldn’t buy it on a regular basis. But more so just when I’m craving that texture crunch.

These are puffs versus traditional Special K flakes. They have a strange film they leave behind on your teeth and tongue. The flavor is very sweet, definitely Strawberry. But the after-taste and film ruined it for me. They did not get soggy too fast, and were very fresh in the package.

This cereal is surprisingly good. My kids love eating it dry as a little snack and I love that it’s a healthier option for myself in the mornings. The box is a little smaller than regular cereal boxes but it held me over for a while which is what I was hoping for so I wouldn’t start snacking like crazy,

Yummmmm!!! This cereal is nutritious and delicious! The strawberry and cream flavor is delightful! Soft, yet crunchy! This is a perfect zero sugar snack as well as breakfast!
