Huge Foreign Object Inside Cereal

I’m scarred! Totally grossed out!
I’m also not sure I’ll ever purchase Frosted Flakes again. A very heavy, hard, 3.75 x 2.25 piece of a shiny discolored object fell into my cereal bowl. I’d already been eating the cereal and wanted more. Totally Gross!! I have no idea what this thing is! How could quality control miss something of this size? How?? I’m trying to post a picture but your site isn’t allowing me to.

No Frosting!

My husband’s only and favorite cereal! BUT THIS NEW BOX! No FROSTING on the flakes. He’s so sad. He loves his cereal. I tried to find a way to contact you but this is your system.

Bad experience

It is my favorite cereal but 10 minutes ago I was going to eat that cereal but I found insects inside the box, with so much joy I was going to eat but I had that bad experience and I didn't want to eat. Recommendation: review the batch of that cereal and hire more supervisors, hygiene and safety personnel, especially insect exterminators so that this does not continue to happen. Since it is a consumer product and the last thing they want is for consumers to get sick or have bad experiences.

Where is the frosting? Looks like Corn Flakes

I store my cereal in tupperware and was refilling my container. The "frosting" in the new box that I was pouring looked anemic compared to what was in there. What have you done with the frosting?? I'm so disappointed in Frosted Flakes right now. I was going to just send an email but there is no place on the website to contact customer service, therefore I am giving a 1 star rating publicly. Do better.

Since the “contact us” link isn’t working I guess I’ll just leave a review! Found a whole huge piece of plastic when I opened up the box of cereal! Insane! Wish i could give them a chance to make this right but seems they even have issues with whoever runs their website as well!

There are mysterious black chunks and some super hard chunks mixed in the cereal. My tooth is hurting after biting into one of these chunks. Frosted Flakes has always been my favorite cereal, but now I'm hesitant to purchase any more. I shouldn't be required to sift through my cereal to remove mystery chunks before I eat it!!

Only crushed flakes

I bought the box with 2 bags inside of the box and there wasn’t anything in the bags, but crushed flakes. Frosted Flakes used to be the best cereal in the market. You need to check your flake making machines.
