Kashi GO® Protein & Fiber Cereal Peanut Butter Crunch

I’m just open a new box and it taste burnt. It is gross and I will not be able to eat this box. Yuck!!

This has 10g of protein and fiber, that’s good nutrition but it also has 10g of sugar so watch out for that if you need to keep your sugar intake low. It tastes good, the peanut butter taste is barely noticeable though. I didn’t like the texture of the puffed rice , it’s very soft, squishy like but overall it’s pretty good! It’s good to eat like a snack right out of the box or put in a little baggie , no milk, bowl or spoon needed if you’re going to the gym or an activity where you may want extra protein or fiber. I haven’t come across a cereal that has so much protein and fiber in it. I love that! Try some today!

I recently tried the Kashi GO® Protein & Fiber Cereal Peanut Butter Crunch, and I’m obsessed! Packaging came good. I am not a fan of the taste. The peanut butter flavor could be a little stronger. It is very bland. If you just need to get some bland protein/fiber in you this is for you. It's like a mix of stale "smacks" and chopped up rice cakes.

Didn’t like the flavor too much. I think it was a little heavy on the peanut butter flavor in my opinion but if you’re a big peanut butter fan then this is for you. It’s not too sweet and helps with increased fiber intake.

I was so excited to try the cereal. The description sounded great, it tasted delicious and so good! I tried this with traditional milk and it was absolutely yummy. The peanut butter flavor mixed with the milk made for a very delicious breakfast and I felt super full because of the protein. I also tried this with yogurt as a granola, with a little bit of jam I made kind of a PB&J parfait. It was so good my toddler loved it. It has a really nice texture, crunchy but not too hard. I love Koshi for their cleaning ingredients. You know you’re getting a product you can trust, I will definitely buy this again. Just a heads up this product does contain wheat, my husband with celiacs didn’t get to try this one. He was jealous ;)

Total racquet.. 13 Oz for seven bucks at every store except Walmart somehow had a back room deal to sell 21 Oz for 6 bucks. Now suddenly all three Walmarts in my metro no longer sell it and online sellers are charging 18 per box. Obviously going to be finding a different brand.. On top of that, ingredients were great and then a little while back they switched to absolute garbage. At some point they switched again and it was not as good as original but better than whatever the substitute was. Didn't even taste like peanut butter for that. All in all, qualities has steadily decreased while price has increased.
