Kellogg's Frosted Flakes® Chocolate Milkshake

Why on earth would you stop making the regular chocolate frosted flakes and start making this absolutely disgusting Milkshake flavor? All of the milkshake flavors are not even edible , strawberry and chocolate, in fact anything other than original frosted flakes and the old chocolate frosted flakes is a complete waste of calories. The original chocolate frosted flakes were perfect…. if I’m being honest, the first chocolate frosted flakes the one that had chocolate written at the top center of the box were the best, the second edition if you will, the ones with more ‘chocolatey flavor’ were not as good but at least they were tolerable. I literally have been paying $10-$20 a box on Amazon and eBay for the old chocolate frosted flakes since y’all stopped making them. Whomever you have running your product taste testing and or marketing teams need to be reevaluated. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, let sleeping dogs lie and leave well enough alone… … are three statements that you need to add to your daily mantras! Sincerely, an incredibly dissatisfied customer

There is no option for ZERO stars. We ordered our groceries online and they substituted these "Chocolate Milkshake flavored Frosted Flakes" in place of the "Chocolate flavored Frosted Flakes" we normally order. (It appears from the website that those original "Chocolate Frosted Flakes" no longer exist and have been replaced by this new flavor -- that's just a guess on my part.) Anyway, when we opened the box, the smell was overwhelming. It didn't remind me of a chocolate milkshake at all! Even a week later, when the box was opened I was assaulted by the smell. The taste was maybe close to a cheap, poorly made milkshake, but the main thing about the taste was the lingered. Even after a cup of coffee I could still detect that lingering aftertaste. I would not recommend these to anyone -- not even to unsuspecting kids who would basically eat anything sweet and chocolatey.

I bought these with excitement. After further investigation I read the ingredients, only to find in tiny writing at the bottom that says " contains bioengineered food ingredient. I'm wondering exactly what that is. Kind of scary. Considering that I have 4 boxes of Kellogg's cereal in my cabinet and they all have it except for frosted mini wheats.

I hate I rated these a 1 but I am begging you Kellog PLEASEEEEEEEEEE bring back the chocolate Frosted Flakes. I don’t know why you discontinued making them but coming from someone who absolutely LOVES them I am very disappointed and sad. That was my number one go to cereal. Especially on the days where I didn’t have anything to eat nothing but cereal and just one bowl would fill me up and I would go to bed with a full stomach and a smile on my face. I am so sad that the ORIGINAL CHOCOLATE FROSTED FLAKES are discountined☹️☹️☹️☹️ I am hoping and praying in the future that you bring the original chocolate Frosted Flakes back… please.. pretty please 😔

PLEASE BRING BACK ORIGINAL CHOCOLATE FROSTED FLAKES!!! They were so good, my whole family was addicted! Now there’s only the chocolate milkshake flavor and we’re having a hard time finishing the couple boxes I purchased. They have a weird fake sweet flavor. Miss the old recipe so much! :(

Bad replacement for the original Chocolate Frosted Flakes, bring back the original please

Consumers be aware, the reviews you see here are not just for the “Chicolat Milkshake” flavored Frosted Flakes! They are mixed in with the more positive reviews for the original “Chocolate” flavored Frosted Flakes. The bad reviews for the Chocolate Milkshake product are being elevated by all the previous positive reviews for the Chocolate flavor! This is deceptive and misleading by Kellogg’s to make an inferior product seem better than it is. When you submit a review you even get a confirmation thanking you for reviewing the old “Chocolate” flavor. Don’t be fooled, the Chocolate Milkshake flavor is absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your money until they bring back the original Chocolate flavor.

Bring back Chocolate Frosted Flakes. Chocolate Malted Frosted Flakes are AWFUL!!!
