At WK Kellogg Co, we believe that a critical part of running a good business is doing good for society. It’s a long-held belief that has remained true throughout our 117 years as the Kellogg Company and dates back to our founder, W.K. Kellogg, who was an early conservationist, a leading philanthropist and the original wellbeing visionary. Simply put, our legacy of giving and commitment to communities runs deep.

We are longstanding supporters of school feeding programs which seek to nourish children and help them reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom. Including during the critical summer months when feeding programs that families have come to rely on throughout the school year close for the summer holiday.

Through our decades-long partnerships with food banks and hunger relief organizations such as Feeding America and Food Banks Canada, we are committed to doing our small part to help fight hunger and food insecurity, united in our shared vision of a North America where no one goes hungry. And, when disaster strikes, we are swift and immediate in our response, lending financial and in-kind support where and when it is needed most.

Our employees also take great pride in rolling-up their sleeves to give back and make a meaningful impact on our communities and always have. Through our Volunteer with Me initiative, senior leaders come together regularly with employees to volunteer and support their neighbours in need, building new relationships along the way. Members of our Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) prepare food packs for children and families, volunteer at community events, and work at school meal programs. And, through our annual United Way campaign, employees participate in a donation and volunteer drive to help fund local programming that benefits food banks, school breakfast programs and other much need community support.

Today, as we embark on our new journey as WK Kellogg Co and look ambitiously toward the future, this enduring commitment and passion to do good, give back, foster communities and support those in need will live on. It’s who we are, who we’ve always been, and who we will continue to be as we live our purpose to create joy and connections to inspire gr-r-reat days.
