Sweet and Sour Chicken Rice Bowl

Fluffy brown rice is topped with grilled sweet and sour chicken, roasted broccoli, and five spice-dusted Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® for extra appeal in this global bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup

    Cooked Brown Rice

  • ½ cup

    Broccoli Florets, diced

  • 1 each

    Chicken Breast

  • 2 Tbsp

    Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp

    Five Spice-Dusted Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®

Directions

  1.  Preheat oven to 400°F on the convection setting.
  2. Coat broccoli florets with oil, salt, and pepper; spread on parchment-lined sheet tray.
  3. Glaze chicken with sweet and sour sauce; place on another parchment-lined tray.
  4. Roast both trays for 20 minutes, or until broccoli is browned and tender, and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Serve cooked brown rice in a bowl, then top with sliced chicken and roasted broccoli.
  6. Sprinkle with seasoned Rice Krispies and more sweet and sour sauce if desired.
  7.  Serve immediately.
