Sweet and Sour Chicken Rice Bowl

Fluffy brown rice is topped with grilled sweet and sour chicken, roasted broccoli, and five spice-dusted Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® for extra appeal in this global bowl.
Ingredients

Cooked Brown Rice
- ½ cup
Broccoli Florets, diced
- 1 each
Chicken Breast
- 2 Tbsp
Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 2 Tbsp
Five Spice-Dusted Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F on the convection setting.
- Coat broccoli florets with oil, salt, and pepper; spread on parchment-lined sheet tray.
- Glaze chicken with sweet and sour sauce; place on another parchment-lined tray.
- Roast both trays for 20 minutes, or until broccoli is browned and tender, and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve cooked brown rice in a bowl, then top with sliced chicken and roasted broccoli.
- Sprinkle with seasoned Rice Krispies and more sweet and sour sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately.
