Ingredients
- 1 poundground beef
- 1 poundground pork
- 3 cupsKellogg's® Special K® Cereal Original
- 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped green pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 cupcanned, diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
Directions
1. In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press mixture lightly in 9 1/4 x 5 1/4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. 2. Bake at 350° F about 1 1/2 hours or or until done (160 degrees F) Let stand about 5 minutes before turning out. Serve immediately upside down.
