Hot Honey Cider Crunch Donuts

These freshly made cake donuts are studded with crunchy granola, fried to order, dusted with cinnamon sugar, and drizzled with hot honey for a little extra (and extra delicious) kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch

    Cake Donuts Batter

  • 2 cups

    Kellogg’s® Granola w/o Raisins

  • 1 cup

    Cinnamon Sugar

  • 2 Tbsp

    Hot Honey

Directions

  1. Preheat fryer to 375°.
  2. Add granola to prepared cake donut batter.
  3. Fry donuts in batches, placing on a wire rack as they're removed. Immediately sprinkle cinnamon sugar liberally over each one to coat completely, then allow to cool.
  4. Once cool, drizzle donuts with hot honey. Serve immediately.
