Crunchy Chocolate Chip Caramel Bars
Chocolate caramel goodness in a bar form. Serve this treat straight out of the oven and top with ice cream for a quick dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 roll (18 oz.)refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 jar(12 1/4 oz.) caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoonsvanilla
- 1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 3 cupsKellogg's® Crispix® cereal
Directions
1. Press cookie dough in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until dough puffs and appears dry. 2. Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together ice cream topping, flour and vanilla. 3. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over hot crust. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Sprinkle with cereal. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes. Run knife around edges of pan to loosen sides. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
