Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupKellogg's® Corn Flake Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoonsketchup
  • 3 tablespoonsreduced-sodium taco seasoning (about 1/2 pkg.)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8taco shells
  • 1/2 cupsalsa
  • 1/3 cupshredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8lettuce leaves

Kellogg's Corn Flakes® Crumbs

Directions

1. In large bowl stir together KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKE Crumbs, ketchup and taco seasoning. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties. 2. Grill over medium coals for 11 to 14 minutes or until done (160 degrees F), turning once.* Cut burgers in half. Serve in taco shells with salsa, cheddar cheese and lettuce leaves. *NOTE: Pattie may also be cooked in contact grill. Preheat contact grill for 5 minutes. Cook patties in grill for 5 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink.
