Ingredients

  • 5 cupsalmond milk
  • 2 cupsgrated carrots
  • 1/2 cupchopped walnuts, divided
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp + pinchground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  • 4 cupsKashi® Simply Raisin Whole Wheat Biscuits, divided

Directions

1. In large bowl or measuring cup, stir together almond milk, carrots, 1/4 cup walnuts, vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg. 2. Reserve 12 Kashi® Simply Raisin Whole Wheat Biscuits for garnishing. Stir remaining wheat biscuits into carrots mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. Divide overnight wheat biscuits among 4 bowls. Top with reserved wheat biscuits and remaining walnuts. Garnish with remaining cinnamon.
