Banana Muffin Overnight Wheat Biscuits

With all the flavors of a banana muffin, these overnight wheat biscuits are sure to please all kids and kids at heart.

Ingredients

  • 2large bananas, divided
  • 1/4 cupalmond butter
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  • 5 cupsalmond milk
  • 1/4 cupchopped almonds
  • 4 cupsKashi® Whole Wheat Biscuits, Autumn Wheat, divided

Directions

1. In large bowl or measuring cup, mash 1 banana. Stir in almond butter, vanilla and nutmeg until combined. Stir in almond milk. 2. Reserve 12 Kashi® Autumn Wheat Whole Wheat Biscuits for garnishing. Stir remaining wheat biscuits into banana mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. Divide overnight wheat biscuits among 4 bowls. Slice remaining banana and arrange on top of wheat biscuits. Top with reserved wheat biscuits. Garnish with almonds.
