Toucan Sam® Frootie Extravaganza Cereal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cflour, all purpose
- 3 ½ tspbaking powder
- ¼ tspsalt, kosher
- 1 Tsugar, granulated
- 1 ¼ cmilk (¼ c more if wanting a thinner batter)
- 1egg
- 3 Tmelted butter, unsalted
- 6-8 TKellogg’s® Froot Loops® (1-2 T per pancake)
- Kellogg’s® Froot Loops®
- mixed berries
- whipped cream
Directions
1) In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar 2) Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and melted butter, mix until smooth. Some lumps are ok 3) Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat 4) Pour, or scoop, the batter onto griddle, using approx. ¼ c for each pancake 5) Sprinkle cereal onto pancake batter 6) Once bubbles form all over, flip and cook other side 7) Garnish
