Tropical Overnight Wheats
Ground ginger and pineapple or mango give this breakfast tropical notes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kellogg’s® Frosted Mini-Wheats® Bite Size cereal (crushed to 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained; frozen, chopped mango chunks or peeled, seeded and chopped fresh mango

Directions

1. In small bowl stir together cereal and ginger. Stir in yogurt and fruit. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 8 to 48 hours.

2. Before serving, spoon into serving bowl.
