Peanut Butter Shake


  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 pint vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • 3 cups Kellogg's Frosted Flakes® cereal


1. Place milk and peanut butter in electric blender container. Blend on HIGH

speed until thoroughly combined. Add frozen yogurt and blend on HIGH speed

until smooth.

2. Portion KELLOGG'S FROSTED FLAKES cereal into bowls and pour shake equally

over cereal. Serve immediately.


Shake mixture may be stored in freezer a few minutes before serving.

VARIATIONS: Any of the following can be substituted for the peanut butter

1/2 medium-size banana

1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate and 2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon orange juice

1 teaspoon instant coffee and 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup

1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

2 tablespoons strawberry jam

3 tablespoons caramel syrup

3 tablespoons drained, crushed pineapple

3 tablespoons chocolate malt powder
