No Bake Frosted Mini-Wheats Cookies
No baking required for this candy-like chocolate and peanut butter cookie.


  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups Kellogg’s® Frosted Mini-Wheats® Bite Size cereal (slightly crushed to 3 cups)


1. Line baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.

2. In heavy saucepan stir together sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in milk. Add butter and corn syrup. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until melted. Stir in KELLOGG’S FROSTED MINI-WHEATS Bite Size cereal.

3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan. Cool about 1 hour or until firm.
