Horchata Smoothie
We streamlined the process of making horchata—instead of soaking rice, we added rice cereal to this easy, cinnamon-flavored smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

1. In blender container or food processor bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into a 12- to 16-ounce glass. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon (if desired). Serve immediately.
