Easy Peach Crisp
In need of quick dessert that will serve a crowd? Purchased pie filling and cake mix make extra-quick work of this home-style cobbler.


  • 3 cans (21 oz. each) peach, apple or cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 package (15.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes® cereal
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)


1. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish stir together pie filling and nutmeg.

2. In large bowl combine cake mix, butter and cinnamon. Stir until crumbly. Stir in KELLOGG’S FROSTED FLAKES cereal. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool about 30 minutes.

3. Serve warm topped with ice cream (if desired). Store in refrigerator.
