Crispix® Almond Apricot Drops

White chocolate and apricot, a perfect pairing and wonderful addition to these refrigerator treats.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Kellogg's® Crispix® cereal
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped, dried apricots
- 1 1/4 cups (12 oz.) white chocolate morsels
Directions
1. In large bowl, combine KELLOGG'S® CRISPIX® cereal, almonds and apricots.
Set aside.
2. In microwave safe mixing bowl, melt morsels at HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir melted morsels into cereal mixture. Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Let cool until firm. Store in airtight container.
