1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring.
2. Add Kellogg’s® Corn Flakes® cereal. Stir until well coated.
3. Portion warm cereal mixture evenly, by using ¼ dry measuring cup, coated with cooking spray.
4. Using sprayed/buttered hands, quickly shape into individual wreaths.
5. Dot with cinnamon candies, using prepared frosting to hold candies in place.
6. Store in single layer in airtight container.
