Cinnamon Balls


Cinnamon Balls
A bit of cinnamon adds a new twist to the melt-in-the-mouth goodness of these traditional, powdered-sugar-coated cookies.


  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal
  • 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1 cup powdered sugar


1. Stir together flour, cinnamon and KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal. Set aside.

3. In large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Add cereal mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in nuts. Portion dough using level tablespoon. Shape into balls. Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.

4. Bake at 350° about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
