Chocolate Crunch Marshmallows
Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes® cereal adds a sweet crunch to these chocolate-and-cinnamon coated marshmallows.


  • 16 regular marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate or bittersweet chocolate morsels
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes® cereal (slightly crushed to 1 2/3 cups)


1. Place chocolate morsels in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50% power) for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth, stirring every 45 seconds. Stir in cinnamon.

2. Place KELLOGG’S FROSTED FLAKES cereal on piece of wax paper.

3. Use fork or bamboo skewer to dip marshmallows into chocolate, completely covering marshmallow with chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl. Gently roll in cereal. Place on wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Let stand for 2 to 4 hours or until set.
