1. In medium mixing bowl, combine chocolate morsels, condensed milk and vanilla. Mix in crumbs. Immediately drop by level tablespoon onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Place pecan half on each cookie, pressing slightly. Do not let batter stand before baking.
2. Bake at 350° F about 10 minutes or until dull crust forms. Remove immediately from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
