Carrot Cake Overnight Wheat Biscuits
All the flavors of carrot cake in a healthy breakfast — what more could you ask for?

Ingredients

  • 5 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp + pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 4 cups Kashi® Simply Raisin Whole Wheat Biscuits, divided

Directions

1. In large bowl or measuring cup, stir together almond milk, carrots, 1/4 cup walnuts, vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg.

2. Reserve 12 Kashi® Simply Raisin Whole Wheat Biscuits for garnishing. Stir remaining wheat biscuits into carrots mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Divide overnight wheat biscuits among 4 bowls. Top with reserved wheat biscuits and remaining walnuts. Garnish with remaining cinnamon.
